Each ROLLER Mystery BOX is packed with authentic Japanese snacks — the same favorites you'll find at Japan's famous konbini and supermarkets right now. From classic favorites to seasonal and limited releases, you'll get a taste of what Japan is actually snacking on today.

All items are factory-sealed, full-size packages — no loose pieces, no tricks.

You can't choose specific items, but you can leave a note in the "Special requests" field in your cart for general taste preferences such as "More chocolate!", "More matcha!", or "No spicy snacks." We'll do our best, but requests aren't guaranteed.

FREE shipping on every Mystery BOX — shipping is included in the $45 price. For single items, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.

Orders are shipped from Japan using a tracked international shipping service. The carrier and shipping method may vary depending on the destination, order size, and shipping conditions.

Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from order placement.

Please note that customs processing or local delivery conditions may add extra time.

We take reasonable precautions when packing your order, but chocolate and other heat-sensitive snacks may soften or melt during warm or hot weather. Temperature-related changes during transit are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

For the best taste and texture, keep chocolate snacks sealed and refrigerate them for 1–2 hours before opening.

For a standard $45 ROLLER order, customs duties or taxes are not normally expected under the current low-value import rules of our supported destinations.

However, customs rules, tax treatment, personal import limits, and import frequency can vary. Customers who import frequently or place higher-value orders may still be charged duties, taxes, or fees. Final assessment is always made by the destination country's authorities, and any charges that arise are the buyer's responsibility.

$45 with free shipping included. You'll receive 10–15 full-size Japanese snacks delivered straight to your door. Customs charges are not normally expected for a standard order, but local customs rules and personal import limits may apply in some cases.

You can cancel your order before we start processing it for shipment. Once processing begins, the order can no longer be canceled. If the cancellation option is available in your order confirmation email or on your order status page, you can use it there.

Because we sell food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after shipment.

If there is a clear packing error on ROLLER's part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review the case for a full or partial refund as appropriate.

For transit damage, loss, or delivery issues, refunds are not automatic. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with a carrier inquiry or compensation claim where applicable. Please keep the outer packaging, shipping label, and affected items until the case has been reviewed.

Because Mystery BOX contents vary, ROLLER cannot confirm that a box will be suitable for a specific allergy, medical diet, religious requirement, halal/kosher standard, vegetarian/vegan diet, or other dietary restriction.

If there is an ingredient you need to avoid, please carefully review the manufacturer's ingredient and allergen information on each package before eating and consider whether a mystery assortment is suitable for you before ordering.

We accept the payment methods available through Shopify checkout. Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your market or checkout settings.

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. Multiple Mystery BOXes may be shipped in separate parcels. If your order is split, you’ll receive a tracking number for each parcel.
