Customs & Import Duties: For a standard $45 ROLLER order, import duties or taxes are not normally expected under the current low-value import rules of our supported destinations. Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of food products, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted after shipment. If an incorrect or missing item, or another clear packing error caused by ROLLER, is reported within 7 days of delivery, we will review the case and may issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.
