Free Shipping Shipping is included in the $45 price of every Mystery BOX. For single items, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.
Shipping Method Orders are shipped from Japan using a tracked international shipping service. The carrier and shipping method may vary depending on the destination, order size, and shipping conditions.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from order placement.
Delivery time depends on the destination country. Customs processing, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside ROLLER's control may add extra time.
Warm Weather & Heat Disclaimer We take reasonable precautions when packing your order, but chocolate and other heat-sensitive snacks may soften or melt during warm or hot weather. Temperature-related changes during transit are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
For the best taste and texture, keep chocolate snacks sealed and refrigerate them for 1–2 hours before opening.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the following countries: Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Customs & Import Duties For a standard $45 ROLLER order, import duties or taxes are not normally expected under the current low-value import rules of our supported destinations. However, customs rules, tax treatment, personal import limits, and frequency-based exemptions can vary by country and may change without notice. Customers who import frequently, order multiple boxes, or place higher-value orders may still be charged duties, taxes, or fees.
Final assessment is always made by the authorities of the destination country. Any duties, taxes, or fees that may arise are the responsibility of the buyer. ROLLER does not guarantee duty-free or tax-free delivery and is not responsible for changes in customs regulations or delays caused by customs processing.
Cart Duty Notices Any customs threshold, duty notice, or estimated charge displayed in the cart is provided for general guidance only. It is not tax or customs advice and does not guarantee the amount, if any, that may actually be assessed. Local customs authorities make the final determination.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Multiple Mystery BOXes may be shipped in separate parcels. If your order is split, you’ll receive a tracking number for each parcel.
