Free Shipping Shipping is included in the price of every product. No additional shipping fees — what you see is what you pay.
Shipping Method All orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) from Japan Post. ePacket Light may be used for select items in the future.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time

• Delivery: 2–6 business days after dispatch (EMS)
• Total: Approximately 3–9 business days from order to delivery
ePacket Light (7–14 business days) may be used for select items in the future. Delivery time depends on the destination country. Customs processing may add a few extra days.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the following countries: Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Customs & Import Duties All 6 destination countries are within the duty-free threshold at our current pricing — no customs charges are expected. ROLLER is not responsible for any changes in customs regulations or delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
